Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Geaux Earn It ("Service," "Site," "we," "us"), operated by The Consistency Group LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. By paying for and unlocking access, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Geaux Earn It provides a subscription-based, proprietary online database of college football coaching staff contact information, together with related outreach letter templates, exports, athlete-profile tools, and supporting tools (the "Service"). The Service is intended to assist student-athletes and their families, mentors, and coaches in initiating contact with college coaching staffs.

3. License — Personal, Single-User, Non-Transferable

Subject to your payment of all applicable fees and your continued compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the Service and view, search, and export the database solely for your personal, non-commercial use on behalf of one (1) household or one (1) student-athlete.

3.1 Account Sharing Prohibited

You may not share your access code, login credentials, exports, screenshots, or any portion of the database with any third party. Your subscription is for YOU. Each subscriber is one user. Sharing, lending, transferring, reselling, or otherwise distributing your access — or any data derived from it — is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate, permanent revocation of access without refund.

3.2 Sharing the Link Is Fine — Sharing the Data Is Not

You may share the public LINK to geauxearnit.com with anyone (the Service welcomes word-of-mouth referrals). You may NOT share the data itself, your access code, any export, or any AI-generated outreach letter that derived from the database.

4. Payment Terms

The Geaux Earn It Founding Member subscription is eight dollars and eighty-eight cents ($8.88) per month, payable monthly in advance via Stripe (Card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Link, or Amazon Pay). The Company may also offer an annual Cash App option of eighty-eight dollars ($88.00) per year via $TheConsistencyGroup. Subscriptions are billed in U.S. Dollars.

4.1 Founding Member Pricing

The $8.88 monthly rate is a founding-member promotional rate. It locks in for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and later rejoin, you will rejoin at the then-current price, which may be higher.

4.2 Cash App Annual Payments

When paying via Cash App, you must include your valid email address in the Cash App Note field at time of payment. Failure to include a valid email may delay or prevent your access code delivery. The Company will deliver your access code via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of verified payment.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Stripe subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least one (1) business day prior to renewal. Cash App annual subscriptions do not auto-renew; you will be notified by email approximately 30 days before expiration.

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction or your bank.

5. Refunds — All Sales Final

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason. Because the Service is a digital subscription granting immediate access to proprietary, high-value data, refunds are not available once access has been granted. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal; however, you will retain access for the remainder of your paid period. See our Refund Policy for full detail.

6. Intellectual Property

The Geaux Earn It database, including all coach records, contact information compilations, presentation, design, code, templates, copy, logos, and derivative reports (PDF, Excel, CSV, printed, generated outreach letters, or any other format) are the sole and exclusive property of The Consistency Group LLC, protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Sharing or unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited under 17 U.S.C. § 501(a) and may result in civil action, statutory damages, and recovery of attorney's fees.

The underlying coach contact information is compiled from publicly available sources, public records, and publicly listed athletic department contacts. The compilation, organization, verification, and presentation thereof constitutes our protected database work.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share, sell, lend, sublicense, redistribute, scrape, or otherwise transfer the database, your access code, your account credentials, or any export thereof to any third party;
• Use the Service or any data therein to harass, spam, threaten, intimidate, or defame any coach, school, or third party;
• Misrepresent yourself, your athlete, or your relationship to your athlete in any outreach generated through the Service;
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any technical means to extract data en masse;
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose beyond outreach on behalf of one (1) household or student-athlete, including recruiting-service operations, list-resale, or competitive products;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, database schemas, or underlying logic of the Service.

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

College football coaching positions change frequently. Coaches are hired, fired, promoted, demoted, and retire on a near-weekly basis. While the Company makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain current and accurate information, the Service is provided "AS IS" with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. No promise or implication is made that any specific coach will respond, reply, recruit, or extend any offer. Coach contact attempts are at your own discretion and risk.

9. No Recruiting Outcome Guarantee

Geaux Earn It is a tool. It is not a recruiter, agent, or guarantor of athletic scholarship, roster placement, walk-on opportunity, admission, or any other recruitment outcome. Success in college athletic recruitment depends on factors entirely outside our control, including the athlete's performance, academics, character, persistence, timing, fit, and the discretion of coaches and admissions offices. No portion of the Service should be construed as a representation, warranty, or guarantee of any recruitment result.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CONSISTENCY GROUP LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Consistency Group LLC and its members, managers, officers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any outreach or contact you make to any coach, school, or other third party using information obtained from the Service.

12. Termination

The Company may suspend, revoke, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, including (without limitation) account sharing, data redistribution, or any conduct that the Company in its sole discretion determines is inconsistent with the purpose or spirit of the Service. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@geauxearnit.com.

13. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

You waive any right to a trial by jury and waive any right to participate in a class action arising from or relating to the Service.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
