Geaux Earn ItRefund Policy
1. No Refunds
All purchases — whether by Stripe (Card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Link, Amazon Pay) or by direct Cash App ($TheConsistencyGroup) — are non-refundable. This includes:
- The Geaux Earn It Founding Member monthly subscription ($8.88/month)
- The Geaux Earn It annual Cash App option ($88.00/year), where offered
- Any additional product, feature, or service offered by The Consistency Group LLC on or through geauxearnit.com
- Any renewal charge, whether or not you actively used the Service during the period
By paying for the Service, you waive any right to dispute, chargeback, request, or otherwise demand a refund, except as expressly required by applicable consumer-protection law.
2. Why No Refunds?
Geaux Earn It delivers a proprietary database with immediate, full access upon unlock. The value transferred at the moment of unlock cannot be returned — once you've seen the data, downloaded the exports, used the outreach templates, or sent letters to coaches, the information and value is in your possession. Like a printed book or a downloaded film, the digital nature of the Service makes refunds impractical and would invite abuse.
The Service is also priced fairly low — $8.88 per month is less than a DoorDash delivery fee — specifically so that no single charge represents an unreasonable risk to any household. If $8.88/month is more than your household can absorb, please do not subscribe.
3. Cancellation (Not the Same as a Refund)
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@geauxearnit.com from the email address you used to subscribe, or via the Stripe customer portal link in any billing email.
- Cancellation stops your next renewal. You will not be charged at the end of your current paid period.
- Cancellation does NOT issue a refund for the current period or any past period.
- You retain access through the end of your currently paid period.
- If you cancel, you forfeit your founding-member locked-in rate. Rejoining later means subscribing at the then-current rate.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, Stripe, or Cash App after lawfully receiving the Service constitutes a breach of these Terms and of our Terms of Use. In addition to permanent revocation of your access without refund, the Company reserves the right to recover from you the disputed amount, any associated dispute or processor fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees and collection costs.
If you believe there has been an error in billing, contact us first at hello@geauxearnit.com. We respond within one (1) business day and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
5. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Charges
If your payment method was used to subscribe to the Service without your authorization (e.g., stolen card, account compromise), email hello@geauxearnit.com with documentation. Verified unauthorized charges will be reversed at the Company's sole discretion. This exception applies only to genuinely fraudulent transactions and not to ordinary buyer's remorse.
6. Account Termination for Cause
If your access is revoked for violation of our Terms of Use (including but not limited to sharing your account, redistributing the database, or initiating an unjustified chargeback), no portion of your fee will be refunded. See Section 12 of our Terms of Use.
7. Founding Member Pricing
The $8.88 monthly founding-member rate is non-refundable and locks in for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel, you forfeit the locked-in rate; rejoining later means subscribing at the then-current rate, which may be substantially higher.
8. Force Majeure / Service Outages
Brief, intermittent, or unforeseen service interruptions (server downtime, internet outages, force majeure, etc.) do not trigger refund eligibility. The Company makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but does not guarantee specific uptime.
9. Changes to This Policy
The Company may modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.
